Optimizing Global Health Electives Through Partnerships: A Pilot Study of Pediatric Residents

      Guidelines for global health training experiences suggest that short-term electives be nested within sustained partnerships. We describe the development of electives with partner sites and find that residents also perceive greater benefit in partner site electives.
